You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the security of your account.
Any activity that occurs under your account.
Providing accurate information when registering.
You may not impersonate another person or attempt to access another user's account.
You agree not to:
Cheat, exploit bugs, or intentionally disrupt gameplay.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Upload malicious software.
Harass or abuse other users.
Use automated systems (bots) without permission.
Reverse engineer or attack the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
If you submit usernames, ship designs, chat messages, bug reports, or other content:
You retain ownership of your content.
You grant StarShot a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, display, and use that content for operating and improving the Service.
You are responsible for any content you submit.
Feedback and bug reports may be preserved after a guest session ends or an account is deleted, but they will be detached from your public username and associated only with an anonymized deleted-user record.
The StarShot game, artwork, rules, software, logos, graphics, and original content are owned by StarShot or its licensors.
These Terms do not grant ownership of any intellectual property.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue features at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
Violate these Terms.
Attempt to harm the Service.
Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarShot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
